Client authorizes Howl Ya Doin' Pet Care to provide dog walking, drop-in visits, pet sitting, feeding, medication administration (if needed), transportation, and related services.

1. 1.Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

   • All bookings are scheduled for a 3 hour window, unless another agreement has been made.
   • Cancellations made prior to date of service: No charge.
   • Same-day cancellations: Up to 50% of scheduled service fee may be charged.

2. 2.Payment Policy

   • Payment is due prior to services unless otherwise agreed.
   • Late payments are subject to 1% interest charge per day.
   • Forms of payment include: cash, apple pay, cash app, venmo or check.

3. 3.Veterinary Authorization

   • If a pet becomes ill, injured, or requires emergency care while under Howl Ya Doin' Pet Care supervision, the Client authorizes Howl Ya Doin' Pet Care to seek veterinary treatment. The Client is responsible for 100% of veterinary costs and related expenses.
   • If veterinary care is required, all pets will be taken to the first available veterinarian or emergency pet hospital.
   • Howl Ya Doin' Pet Care will take pets to your choice of veterinarian if details are provided and vet is available.

4. 4.Home Access Agreement

   • Client grants access to the residence for scheduled services.
   • Client agrees that Howl Ya Doin' Pet Care is not responsible for any property damages.

5. 5.Pet Behavior Disclosure

   • Client agrees to disclose any history of biting, aggression, escaping, destructive behavior, or other safety concerns.
   • Failure to disclose such information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. 6.Assumption of Risk

   • Client acknowledges that animals may act unpredictably. Risks include injury, illness, escape, property damage, interaction with other animals, and other incidents that may occur despite reasonable care.

7. 7.Liability Release

   • To the fullest extent permitted by Montana law, Client releases, waives, and holds harmless Howl Ya Doin' Pet Care from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. 8.Photo & Social Media Release (Optional)

   • I authorize photographs and videos of my pet to be used for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials.

10. 10.Signature Page

    • The Client states that they have read this entire agreement, and understands and agrees to its terms and conditions.
    • Future Services: Client authorizes this signed contract to be valid for future services without additional signed contracts or written authorization.
